Meet Lucid Leef

Kia ora, I’m Teresa (Ngāti Porou)— founder and formulator of Lucid Leef. Practical by nature, curious by default, and most at home when I'm building, refining, or planning something. For me, Lucid Leef is where that mindset meets creativity.

I live in Whanganui NZ with My Husband, our son, our two whāngai, and our two dogs.  We live a fairly average life to most with work and school commitments while juggling very different personalities.

I created Lucid Leef as a small New Zealand skincare brand inspired by native botanicals and conscious formulations. Influenced by the land around me, I create simple, nourishing products designed to support the skin barrier and feel good to use, every day, by everyone.

This brand is about intention over excess. No trend-chasing, no overblown promises, just thoughtfully chosen ingredients, small-batch attention, and skincare that fits real life. I focus on formulations that are gentle yet effective, multi-use, and grounded in purpose.

Lucid Leef also embraces the ritual side of self-care. Those small, quiet moments where skincare becomes a pause, not a chore. We deliver our products with a little earthy calm, a little cheeky Kiwi personality, and a whole lot of respect for our whenua.
