Shipping policy

New Zealand Shipping:

Ships within 1-2 business days using NZ Post tracking, excluding weekends and public holidays. If we have delayed shipping due to being away from the office, we will notify on our home page and on social media.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban NZ: 1-3 Business days.
  • Rural NZ:  2-5 Business days.
  • Australia: 3-10 Business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier volumes and other external factors beyond our control.

  • NZ Urban Delivery: $9.50
  • NZ Rural Delivery: $14.50
  • Australia Economy Tracked: $28
  • Free shipping on NZ orders over $70
  • Free shipping on Aus orders over $150

Rural and International addresses must select the correct shipping option at checkout. If the incorrect postage is selected, you may be contacted to arrange the difference before dispatch.
