Refund policy

At Lucid Leef, we want you to love your skincare. If you are not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know:

Consumer Rights:                                                                                                             Under New Zealand consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don't match the description. This applies regardless of our store policy.

Faulty or Damaged products:                                                                                           If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Lucidleefnz@gmail.com. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please keep the product and packaging as this may be needed for claims purposes.

Change of mind:                                                                                                               For change-of-mind returns, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.                                                                                                                   

Please note:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to return:

  1. Email us at lucidleefnz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely and wait for our reply.
  3. Send to: Lucid Leef, 9 Collingwood street, Whanganui, 4500

Refunds:                                                                                                         

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Exchanges:                                                                                                                          We do not automatically offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
